ClickUp has saved me a lot of time

“Since it houses the files in one place, I’m not having to dig through 500 emails like a lunatic. I can visually see how much work the creative people are doing and whether or not they are drowning. It’s nice I no longer have to manually repeat the same tasks each Monday morning because the automation actually works.” Pros: “It was very fast to set up for our group of ten people. The person they sent to teach us was relentless and so everybody eventually figured it out. Connecting to Slack wasn’t as bad of an experience as I thought it would be either.” Cons: “The entire screen will freeze while I’m moving cards around sometimes and it gets me to the point where I want to throw my mouse across the room. I also wish that the proofing add on would allow me to do frame by frame review, as right now, it’s not detailed enough for the video team. There are far too many menus to google through.”

To bring our entire marketing team to a unified understanding of how to use it was more orderly than I had originally intended.”

“ClickUp! We are a small operation with big goals. And for us to have this platform has been the key element for our business. The tool is easy to use, it’s customer service is per excellence and the platform is always upgrading and updating to enable the users experience. I am a cheerleader for all small business and or large businesses to get on this platform and watch your organization thrive.” Pros: “The project collaboration is for me and my team a strong feature. Our projects are well organized through this platform. We are able to log, project deliverables, timelines, hiccups, and so much more. It’s a life saver for us and we will continue to utilize it moving forward.” Cons: “I’m not sure that there were any one thing that we disliked. If, I am honest the platform is just an awesome tool. Our work before using the platform suffered because we didn’t have a centralized place to store and collaborate.”

The best tool to manage your life

“I love it. I was put on to it when I was a VA. And I switched from notion. I love how everything connects together, and how you can keep everything in one place. I love the native automations too. It helps me a lot and how you can customize ClickUp to how you work.” Pros: “I love using ClickUp to manage my business. This is how I keep track of everything from clients, content, projects, collaborations, meal planning etc” Cons: “The only thing is the difference when using it on an iPad. It wouldn’t save what I wrote in a task description”

Powerful workflow and performance management application

“ClickUp saves time and cost by automating most manual tasks. It has solid dashboard that tracks KPIs to enhance operation efficiency and increase quality production. It eliminates bottlenecks that affects workflows with effective report on project progress using visual charts.” Pros: “With ClickUp I am able to organize workflows within the enterprise. It provides real-time data analytics from tasks to enhance effective development. It is easy to setup and customize to suit enterprise demands.” Cons: “ClickUp is excellent and the performance has leveraged production from most departments. The few challenges that I have experienced have been resolved quickly by customer support team.”

Good way to stay on task

“My overall experience was good. It was helpful to keep me on task and time tracking. Working in the accounting field due dates and timelines are very important and this was a great way to keep me on track. Reports on time tracking were easy to use.” Pros: “I liked click up because it kept me on task. It was very easy to add tasks, sub tasks and assign different members of the team on projects. The ability to see what everyone has completed cut out interruptions which was a huge time saver. It also worked great for time tracking for billable hours. I've used the version where you pay and it was a good value to hold shared documents.” Cons: “The only thing I think that would improve click up would be a reminder. If you are active, but not clocking any time a little reminder would be helpful. Or if you are on a project for multiple hours, an are you still there pop up to avoid over charging for time.”

“Event marketing needs careful planning as a coordinator. I apply it in collaboration of projects. It is extremely value-heavy but requires weeks to train a team to get the best out of it.” Pros: “The collaboration and automation of the processes between the teams is amazing, and we can automatically delegate the marketing design work each time a new event contract is signed.” Cons: “The platform loses simplicity in favor of strong customization, and the calendar view can easily overwhelm and slow down when dealing with multiple simultaneous event schedules.”

A Simple and Exceptional Tool For Managing Projects

“Overall for a couple of years ClickUp has performed well for managing project and team collaboration .Offer easy sharing ,great customization options ,easy to use interface and multiple project views.” Pros: “ClickUp has been an incredible tool that offers flexibility to manage different types of projects.Amazing dashboards and multiple views are helpful for task tracking and visualization.The due dates feature keep me organized” Cons: “For me this tool does it purposes beyond expectation,for that have no any negative thing to comment about.”

It definitely streamlines workflows through Kanban boards, time tracking, task automation, which ultimately helps our small teamincrease efficiency”

An Excellent Platform For Managing Recruiting Operations and Business growth.

“Clickup has improved visibility into recruiting operations, strengthened collaboration across teams and helped us stay organized as we grow.” Pros: “I use Clickup to oversee recruiting projects, monitor team workloads, track hiring goals and manage strategic initiatives across the business.” Cons: “Clickup offers many features, so it can take time for new team members to learn the platform. I highly recommend this platform.”

A Very Strong Project Management Tool

“Overall the experience using ClickUp is amazing,offer highly customization workspace and multiple task view that make managing tasks efficient.” Pros: “Incredibly easy to use and makes managing tasks and working on projects with teams so much smoother.Simple to organize tasks and manage timelines .” Cons: “Lots of customization options that sometimes can overwhelm a new user but once you get used to it everything flow smoothly.”

An excellent Project Management app for mid size businesses.

“As my team has grown I find it great in order to plan complext projects and keep the pulse as projects avance and evolve. But for personal or small projects, I still prefer to use something that requires less tinkering.” Pros: “ClickUp has become really great at managing projects for mid size teams. The system is flexible enough to solve most planning and supervision problems for complex projects.” Cons: “ClickUp has become very cumbersome for personal use and small teams. Too many options to set up makes you waste time. This is valuable if your orgnaization is big enough and is worth the effort. But if you are a one-person team or a really small group of people trying to accomplish something, this may not be for you. Document management has improved a lot, but it is only valuable if you intend to live inside this ecosystem only.”
