What is going on with this mobile app - you guys…

“What is going on with this mobile app - you guys have made it impossible to match up to an already existing clickup account. I signed up on my PC first, then downloaded the app to my phone. Once the app is open there is no login option; only a button that sends an email to me, and everytime I click that one and only option I get a message that there was a "problem with email" and nothing happens. Why not just let existing users login, link their devices and move on?”

“I really enjoy clickup desktop, but the app needs some serious work. There are a host of bugs that need to be addressed. I keep on trying workarounds to get to a spot where I can use it, but every bug I circumvent, a new one appears. I was using the mobile app in an attempt to use it as my personal task manager, but it's not going to work. Going to cancel my subscription until they iron out the kinks.”

“I can't log in. I enter my username and password and then it just kicks me back to the page on which you enter your username creating an endless loop. Trying to get set up on the desktop version has been a true struggle with numerous bugs and incorrect instructions from their AI hallucinating things that don't exist to the interface breaking repeatedly. I still want it to work but now there isn't even a usable ap so I'm not sure how long I'm going to continue the struggle.”
