What reviewers say about ClickUp Brain
On the positive side, a Capterra reviewer calls the additions “AI to an already great tool… I can build agents to create brief and apply brand guidelines,” and another praises “the AI-assisted chatbot that helps me to summarize tasks, track project updates, and find tasks that are duplicates and stuck.”
On the skeptical side, a G2 reviewer reports the AI “many times did not work” and found the plans confusing, and a small-business reviewer notes “there seems to be a focus on AI tools, most of which are additional upgrades. Some of the main core features start to get lost.” Interface nits show up too, like the AI chat window opening too large to work around.
