“It's a time waster as much as it tries to unify work in one place. It feels like you are using different apps even though you are in the same platform. Their customer service went from world class to just completely ignoring you. Very fractured experience from web to mobile. AI Integration is cool when it works but definitely not worth the current price tag. Have been using business plan for 5 years now and I cannot recommend it. It needs an architecture and UI redesign. Super bloated!”

“My team used ClickUp for sprint tracking. I personally liked the task hierarchy and time tracking. The platform has a lot of depth, but it can feel overwhelming. We had issues with notification overload and setup complexity. It's okay, but not our favorite.”

“I'm SO GLAD ya'll are prioritizing AI instead of getting 3.0 fixed and shipped... even though it contains 'fixes' and improvements that have been promised for TWO YEARS NOW. I'm an idiot for paying for this 💩 for the last 2 and a half years. I was even dumb enough to believe the "we're working as hard as we can to get 3.0 shipped".... BS! Obviously not. Clickups #1 focus has always been about new shiny objects. 3.0 should be all hands on deck right now. I can't believe you guys would even fathom launching this before 3.0. This is by far the biggest slap in the face to loyal CU users that have been hanging on literally for years.”

“Most searches took me to discussions about delays of ClickUp 3, and I'm glad I ignored those and went ahead and downloaded ClickUp anyways. It has amazing features (Time tracking, custom fields, gantt, workload, whiteboard, +) And so many toys to experiment with (goals, delegate/reminders, task tray, sync with Reclaim.ai, +). Helps you learn/has tons of templates. I've got more to say, but I'd say take the time to adapt to ClickUp, while customizing it to your needs.”

“Clickup is definitely a great tool. Its way too easy to handle and doesn't need special brain to understand it. It's not tailored to just product management. We can use it in multiple ways. But, It doesn't have the usual EPIC and story mode. Also, if we have the stories in one place and duplicate it to create sprints and roadmaps, we have to change the status manually to the tasks rather it gets updated from sprints”
